Earlier this month, we coordinated aid trucks for Gaza from Cairo and assessed the needs of other displaced communities. 🇪🇬🚚

Recently, in Belgium, we met with our colleague Osama to build on shared experiences as part of our mentoring and humanitarian leadership program. 🇧🇪

💡 This program places communities in the driver’s seat of humanitarian action, empowering them to lead with their strengths and lived realities.

Through workshops and training sessions, we explored topics like:

• 📊 Managing finances in humanitarian work.
• 💻 Digital communications.
• 🤝Fundraising strategies.
• 📦 Planning and coordinating effective aid distributions.

We also stayed connected with our Palestinian team online, continuing to adapt and learn together. Their insights are invaluable in ensuring our responses are effective and grounded in reality. 🇵🇸

These moments remind us of the power of collective action—where learning, sharing, and building solutions together is the foundation of meaningful humanitarian work.
